On July 20, 2023, Moshe (Chico) Edri, the Director-General of the Knesset, visited the Holocaust Memorial and Information Center with a delegation. The delegation consisted of Elyasaf Elazar, Knesset Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Moshe Fuksman Shal, Head of the Museum, Visitor Experience and Content Department, Yael Richards, Knesset Director of International Relations, Liat Shimoni Konitsky, Knesset Chief of Protocol, Merav Tordjman, Senior Advisor to the Director-General, and Shimon Bloch, Head of Multimedia and A/V.
The guests were welcomed by Uwe Neumärker, Director of the Stiftung Denkmal, at the Field of Stelae. Subsequently, they visited the information center. During the tour of the exhibition, Uwe Neumärker answered questions from the Director General and his companions. Subsequently, the general manager signed the guestbook. At the end, he laid a wreath at the field of stelae. During a minute’s silence, all those present commemorated the victims of the Holocaust.
