New Film at the Memorial to the Homosexuals Persecuted under the National Socialist Regime
At 2 pm today (26 January 2012) the new film
Max Bächer, member of the advisory board, passed away last Monday
It was with deep sorrow that members of the advisory board, the honorary board of trustees and the staff members of the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe learned of the death of Max Bächer.
Opening of the exhibition on the unknown extermination camp Kulmhof at the Centrum Judaicum
Ralf Wieland, President of the Berlin House of Representatives, will open the exhibition »The unknown extermination camp Kulmhof am Ner – history and remembrance« tomorrow, December 7, 2011, at 6 p.m. at the Foundation New Synagogue – Centrum Judaicum. It is the first exhibition in Germany that deals with the mass murder at Kulmhof between 1941 and 1944.
