On 8 July 2022, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, H.E. Mr Tiny Kox, visited the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. He was accompanied by Sergey Khrychikov, Head of the Office of the President, General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and Michael Hilger, Secretary of the German Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. They were received by Adam Kerpel-Fronius, VIP speaker and research assistant of the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, and guided through the field of stelae of the Memorial. This was followed by a tour of the Information Center under the field of stelae.
H. E. Tiny Kox took about 45 minutes to visit the Holocaust Memorial. Finally, he signed the guestbook of the monument. The President of PVER is currently visiting Berlin as part of the PVER Standing Committee.
