Bank details are only collected by us if a remittance is necessary.

5. How long will personal data be stored?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as and as far as you use our services. As soon as you have unsubscribed or revoked your consent, we will immediately delete your personal data, unless your temporary further processing is necessary for the preservation of evidence within the framework of the statute of limitations.

When participating in a Zoom video conference without a personal user account, metadata about the conference is processed: topic, description (optional), IP number of the participant and information about the device used. When using the IM chat in Zoom, the chat content is the subject of processing.

Who has access to your personal data?
The Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe has access to the created user accounts. All participants in a video conference have access to video conferencing and IM chat content in the sense of seeing, listening and reading. The provider has access to the processed data as part of the order processing.

To whom will your data be transmitted?
Zoom Video Communications, Inc., https://zoom.us/ operating the Zoom Video Conferencing Platform, processes your personal data on our behalf. This means that it may only use it in accordance with our instructions and for our purposes and not for its own purposes, i.e. neither for advertising nor to third parties.

How long will your data be stored?
We do not store any personal information in connection with the use of Zoom. Video conferencing and IM chats are not recorded and stored. The contents of IM chats are deleted as soon as a conference room is closed.
